We are a small family run business in Essex. specialising in making delicious water kefir drinks with no preservatives or toxins. We source ingredients that are of the best quality and that has not been subjected to any processing or as little as possible. We use organic ingredients whenever we can. Ginger is a food product we love because it is very good for our health in many ways especially in clearing congestion and helping to reduce blood sugar. That is why we have included the fresh raw juice of ginger in all or range of kefir drinks. The healing properties of ginger combined with the immune bolstering effects of the probiotics in the kefir makes a bottle of this drink a must have for anybody at least once a day.
