As a family business we have been making chocolates and confectionery in Lincolnshire since 2005. Dirty Cow was founded by two friends looking to bring some excitement and fun to dairy free chocolate. From the sun-kissed beaches of California to the bustling streets of London, Knack Snacks was born out of one woman's quest for a better snack. The founder, Brittany Boeckle, struggled to find a healthy option that didn't compromise on taste or quality. So, she took matters into her own hands and set out to create a better-for-you version of a beloved childhood favorite: the Malteser. After months of trial and error, the Crunchy Protein Balls were born, and the response was overwhelming! Knack Snacks made its official debut at the Arnold Expo in September of 2022, and attendees couldn't get enough of the irresistibly delicious and guilt-free snack! What sets Knack Snacks apart from the rest is its commitment to zero food waste and using only sustainable and socially responsible cocoa suppliers. Eonce chocolate is a small ‘bean-to-bar’ chocolate factory based in East London, founded by Julia Martin & Jose Jara . Our focus is on making simple and delicious chocolate, ethically sourced and without additives. We begin by selecting the best quality cocoa beans, working as directly as possible with the farmers. we hand-sort every bean received, ensuring high quality standards are met in every single bar. The cacao is lightly roasted, then the shells are removed from the nibs in small batches. The nibs are slowly refined under a granite stone wheel for nearly three days while we slowly incorporate the other ingredients. They are suitable for people with chronic conditions (eg, diabetes), as they are for people with a keto lifestyle, diets low in carbohydrates; or simply for those who would like to live with less sugar. Vincent noticed that there are already products for the above targets but none offer a high quality range, let alone the modern food technology applied as we do in Inca'cao. We are therefore synonymous with quality and innovation through responsible and functional food.
Millésime Chocolat is a Belgian manufacture of organic artisanal chocolate working directly from cocoa beans, one of the rare from Belgium: "" from bean to bar "" also called "" bean-to-bar "". Our chocolate is vintage, from a terroir, from a specific geographical area, and therefore limited! As in the viticultural approach, we want above all to highlight the work of nature, whose flavors change from year to year, while retaining the general characteristics of each region or country. Jessica Leonard has prepared meals in some of New York’s most acclaimed restaurants including Eleven Madison Park, Daniel and The James Beard House, as well as the Virginia Governor’s Mansion. However, it was Jess’s love for fine chocolate and travel that inspired her to create something completely unique – one chocolate bar with eight distinct squares. In February 2018, Jess opened Miss Maude’s Bar of Chocolates with her signature ‘Why Choose?’ bar. Prior to entering the culinary industry, Jess spent 10 years as a financial analyst in Washington, DC and New York, including serving as a Vice President at Citi. Jessica is a graduate of George Washington University and received her chocolate training EVERYWHERE. When she’s not making chocolate, Jess is eating chocolate in all parts of the world.
