Can I buy wholesale ketchup for my catering business through CREOATE?

All the products on CREOATE, including ketchup, are sold wholesale for resale. This means they’re sold to businesses who will then sell them on (as entire products) to their end customer; whether that’s in a cafe, a deli, a lifestyle shop, or an ecommerce store. With this in mind, CREOATE’s not the right place to source ingredients to use for catering purposes.

Am I able to return food products like ketchup?

Yes! You have 60 days from ordering to return any of the items in your order. We just ask that they’re unopened, undamaged, and the original packaging is intact. If you’re based in the UK or the US, we’ll even come and collect them for free. The only thing to note is that you can only return products from brands you’re buying from for the first time. Our aim is to take the risk out of experimenting with new products and brands in your store.
