The Native State designs bold, playful and modern prints for your home, nursery or office. Founded in 2012 by designer Frankie Kerr-Dineen, The Native State started from a box room in a ground floor flat in Edinburgh, Scotland. When the call of the Scottish countryside was too much, Frankie, her husband and dog Shabba moved to a small village just outside St Andrews in Fife. With the arrival of their daughter in 2016, The Native State moved to a garden studio where Frankie happily sits today sharing a creative space with her graphic designer husband, Hasta Inc.

Alja Horvat is part of Forbes 30 Under 30 Art & Culture 2020 and she also received an Elle Style Fashion Award for Young Talent in 2019. She is a 23 years old illustrator based in Slovenia, where she also grew up. Art has always been a passion of hers, and she decided to take it more seriously in 2017. She mainly works with her Wacom Intous graphic tablet, but she also loves traditional painting with gouache and acrylics. She prefers gouache, since it gives illustrations such a neat and clean look, almost identical to what she creates on graphic tablet. She is inspired by everything that surrounds her, mostly by nature and museums. Being a big fan of 60s, 70s and 80s we can feel the nostalgia in her illustrations.
Hand drawn illustrations of iconic landmarks, brought together with minimalist graphic art to create a contemporary range of prints, cards and coasters.

At LEERBAEK, we love nature, which is why we work with sustainable design and production. We exclusively design products that make it easier for you to decorate with plants and greenery. We know that plants have a positive effect on our well-being, which is why we focus on the inclusion of plants in the home. Our production is 100% Danish and we are constantly developing new products focusing on sustainable solutions.
LEERBAEK would like to create more opportunities for you to grow some of your own raw materials, especially in the cities. It is a far more sustainable way to acquire food if you grow it in your kitchen garden compared to if you take a walk down to the supermarket. By growing your own vegetables or herbs, you save the nature from, among other things, pollution caused by plant poisons and transport.
Prints, products and activities that aim to make the world a bit more playful.

Bold, colourful and energetic abstract artwork for modern and vibrant living. Helena Tarn is an abstract expressionist artist living and working in County Down. Inspired by the natural beauty of her surroundings, Helena’s work incorporates the rich, wild Irish landscapes and evokes feelings of the natural world. Growing up in the Yorkshire moorlands, Helena now calls Northern Ireland home, a place where the lush Mourne Mountains sprawl into the stormy Irish sea. For Helena, art is not about what you see, but how it makes you feel. Her bold use of colour and rich texture create a pronounced mood and distinct atmosphere, whilst respectfully leaving enough creative space for the individual viewer’s own imagination. Helena’s work is driven by raw emotion felt through experiencing the breath-taking bleakness of the natural world. A deep and meaningful connection with bold landscapes drives the need to capture these feelings with a bold and vibrant art practice.
