How soon will I get my wholesale photography prints?

This will vary. Each supplier has a different shipping time (the time it takes them to prepare each order), which can be anything from a few days to a few weeks. You can find this info when you click into any product. If the supplier is based within your country, allow just a couple of days beyond this for your order to arrive with you. If they’re based abroad, this will take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you updated throughout.

How will these prints be packaged?

Again, this will vary depending on the supplier; some prefer to roll their paper prints into tubes, whereas others will ship them flat. Whatever the method, rest assured that our suppliers are very used to wrapping orders carefully for shipment to avoid any damage. If you do spot any issues with your products when they arrive, simply report this within your account dashboard so you can be refunded, or the items can be replaced.
