Gene Rhatigan is a contemporary visual artist based in Longford. His art is inspired by the natural world from which he creates, through his love of bright vibrant colours, one of a kind original work using the mediums of oil, acrylic paint, ink and sculpture. “Painting and creativity has always been a central part of my life. In 2009 I began to paint at a more intense level and after a number of successful exhibitions I decided to pursue my true passion in life and in 2017 I set up my business.”
