MANUFACTURING: Blue pottery is a pottery technique of Turko-Persian origin and was introduced in India in the 14th Century. Blue pottery is made by blending Quartz stone powder, powdered glass, Multani Mitti (Fuller’s Earth), borax gum and water. Crafting each oil burner can take 2-3 days due to the extensive decorative details and artistry which goes into every single one.
