High Desert Sage has a light and woody aroma that is less bitter than the traditional white sage. While it is sought after for its many medicinal purposes, it is used a smudging herb to clear negative energy, drive out evil spirits and induce sweating, among other purposes. Our desert sage grows wild at high altitudes in the United States.

Ingredients

Sun-dried High Desert Sage bundled in 100% cotton thread.

How to use: Light the tip of the bundle until there’s a small flame. Gently blow it out until only smoke is produced. Place it in a fireproof bowl in a safe place away from flammable objects, children and pets. Smudging is done by safely carrying the smoking bundle (still in the bowl) throughout your space so the smoke reaches every corner.
