The red berries are picked at full maturity one by one from the plant or deseeded from the bunch by hand. Then they are soaked for a day in clean water and stripped of their skin. The core is washed and dried in the sun for 2 to 3 days. Kampot Pepper is produced exclusively from red grains giving it a unique and delicate aroma.
Kampot White Pepper develops a powerful bouquet and delicate aromas of citrus fruits and fresh mint, its intense spicy taste hides notes of herbs, fresh mint and lemon.
Grind fresh on grilled or steamed fish, mashed potatoes or white sauce.
