The WearBands Lower-body Base System comes with 3 levels of lower-body resistance (the first 3 levels), our patented belt and patented socks. This system is meant for people who are only interested in lower-body resistance, and for which 3 levels of resistance is enough. This is often true for youth athletes and less-serious fitness consumers. With 3 levels of resistance, anyone of any age, size or fitness level can find the resistance levels that are right for them.
