Domaine Pierre Richard
Chatêau Bel Evêque rosé, a generous, fruity wine
This Pierre Richard wine is the perfect accompaniment to your dishes. This rosé is a delicious accompaniment to grilled meats, fish in sauce and white meats. When you taste it, its bright, intense colour with hints of lychee makes it so charming. The first nose is original and fragrant, with notes of raspberry combined with a hint of vanilla. A well-structured, full-bodied and rounded finish on the palate bears witness to its varietal qualities. Ideally, this oak-aged rosé should be served chilled.
vin de pays d' oc
Was it the wildness of this estate or its twisted vines that resist capricious winds that seduced Pierre Richard? The wines produced here were a reflection of their rocky, arid yet lively and generous environment. After many years of hard work and passion, he was able to soften and control the temperament of his wines, giving them the rigour and elegance of which Château Bel Evêque is the perfect illustration.
