I made this recipe up in a few moments when I was playing around in the kitchen wondering whether I could make my own veg stock to go with my risotto kit. I chucked a few (ok, a lot) of ingredients together to see what would happen, fully expecting to have to tweak it. But, lo and behold, it was amazing first time. So I've kept the recipe just as it is.
Ingredients & warnings:
Ingredients: (Allergens are in bold) salt, peppercorns, onion powder, garlic powder, dried veg (carrot, parsnip, leek, onion, celery leaf, tomato celery root), bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, marjoram, oregano, basil
Warnings: May contain mustard, celery, gluten, sulphites, sesame seeds, nuts, peanuts, soya, milk.
