- 90% fleur de sel, harvested in Wales
- 10% bourbon vanilla powder.
The vanilla pods used come exclusively from Madagascar.

It can be used both sweet and savory, but always sparingly!
Indeed, the salty power of these small crystals and the aromatic power of Madagascar vanilla are so present that it is best to go gently.
Our vanilla fleur de sel is available in 60 g and 120 g glass bottles, or in a 250 g refill bag. Store it in a dry and cool place, away from light. The vanilla fleur de sel does not expire, but we recommend using it within 24 months to preserve the full intensity of its aromas.
