Shito – A chilli sauce made with smoked fish & shrimps a wonderful condiment for all cooked meals, can be used as dips, spread and in sauces. This is the popular Ghanaian black pepper sauce made with chilies, smoked dried fish and shrimps. Aftrad Village Kitchen’s Shito is made with pure ingredients with a good fish to shrimp ratio, this ensures a great flavourful taste. Our sauce is homemade and done in small batches to ensure quality is maintained. It contains : NO PRESERVATIVES, NO ARTIFICIAL COLOURS or FLAVOURS. No artificial preservatives are added, preservation is done through our cooking and bottling process.
