Argan oil is not a product that is consumed a lot on French tables and we are going to make sure that changes. Argan oil will become in the kitchen what bubbles are in champagne, that is to say ESSENTIAL!!! In regards to Located on the Atlantic coast, Essaouira offers its specific terroir for the production of high quality argan oil. The oil is produced from the fruits of the argan tree called amandon, harvested in August and by cold pressing. Our argan trees do not undergo any chemical input in order to obtain a high-end natural product certified in organic farming to European standards with the ECOCERT label.
