Description
Here are just some of the ways the peri peri seasoning can be used.
Peri peri seasoning:
You need: veg, chips....anything!
Just sprinkle this peri peri seasoning on your food at the table, so delicious!
Marinating:
You need: oil and whatever you want to
Mix the peri peri seasoning with some oil and rub onto your meat or whatever it is that you want to marinate.
Chilli sauce:
You need: 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp water per serving
To make the sauce mix the sauce kit with the oil, vinegar and water in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir. It's great to be able to make this into a sauce because it tastes to much better when it's fresh - sometimes chilli sauce can have a funny taste when it's been sitting in the cupboard for a while.
Fried Chicken:
You need: breadcrumbs or flour, milk, chicken, oil
Mix the seasoning into some breadcrumbs or flour to make the coating. Simply dip chicken into milk then breadcrumbs or flour. If you want more of a coating repeat the process. To cook deep fry in oil. For a healthier version bake in the oven - you can spray with some oil before cooking if you want to.
