The pink pepper: the pepper of the gourmands.
Are you familiar with its fruity, sweet and floral taste ?
If you discover it, here is some information that will be useful to you.
Pink pepper goes divinely well with most fish , especially salmon. This sweet/salty side also works very well with foie gras , duck or pork . Finally, don't be afraid to think outside the box to try new pairings: the pink peppercorn will find its place on a fresh cheese , in a chocolate dessert or even a fruit salad .
Pink pepper is therefore a versatile spice, ideal for those who wish to season their dishes without adding power.
In addition to its exceptional taste qualities, we recognize many medicinal properties in pink peppercorns: anti-inflammatory and antiseptic , it also relieves rheumatism, joints, and facilitates digestion.
How to use pink berry?
Most peppers are best used crushed or ground, because their power deters you from biting into a whole grain. This is not the case with the pink pepper, which, even whole , will reveal an explosion of sweetness. Of course, it can also be ground, alone or in a mixture, as in our 5 berry selection .
Our pink berries are whole, large and homogeneous. This is called the A+ caliber , which represents less than 5% of the world harvest. They are also certified organic .
Our pink berry is available in 30 g and 60 g glass bottles, or in a 250 g refill bag. Store it in a dry and cool place, away from light. It does not expire, but we recommend using it within 24 months to preserve all the intensity of its aromas.
