Description
The Malabar region of India is known for its production of high quality pepper. White peppercorns are fully ripe berries that have been picked partially ripe and removed the outer skin by soaking the berries in water for a number of days and then rubbing the outer skins.
The result is a Malabar White Pepper with a sweet, earthy scent and a pungent, creamy taste, giving it an aroma and flavor distinct from that of black pepper.
Used for sauces, soups, potatoes, poultry and fish
Warm on the palate with its notes of resin, cedar and tangerine. It will make you appreciate haute cuisine with its long persistence in the mouth.
