This high-quality organic extra virgin olive is made with Coratina olives grown in our groves. Coratina is an olive variety characterized by some of the highest polyphenol contents (when harvested at the right time). This extra virgin olive oil is duly filtered and as such suitable for both drizzling and cooking. It will ideally complement burrata or different seafood dishes, adding a distinct flavour reminiscent of a sunny afternoon. Origin: Apulia, Italy Sensoriality: Medium green fruitiness, notes of freshly cut grass, tomato fruit and green almond. The bitterness is well-balanced, and pepperiness is long-lasting with notes of chilli. Pairing suggestions: Perfect to balance a sour salad, or as a drizzle on grilled bread or seafood.
