KEY INGREDIENTS Safflower Oil – hydrates dry skin, whilst soothing any irritation and inflammation. High in linoleic acid, and omega-6 fatty acid, which is found naturally on the skin, as many acne sufferers have a deficiency of linoleic acid, safflower oil can help to reverse this. Glycerin – A humectant that draws moisture from the air around us and helps to keep the moisture in the skin. Its primary function is to hydrate the skin whilst also enhancing the penetration ability of other ingredients like oils or emollients into the skin’s uppermost layers. Squalane – Derived from olive oil, it has an identical structure to the sebum naturally found in the skin, and it softens the skin and improves its elasticity.
