Château Bel Évêque Rouge, a wine of character
Following a long maceration and barrel ageing, this Pierre Richard wine is the perfect combination of liquorice, black truffle and garrigue plant resin notes. With an ageing potential of 12 to 15 years, this is a noble, top-quality wine made from mourvèdre, syrah, grenache and caragan. If you're looking for a noble wine to accompany your red meats, roasts or chocolates, choose Château Bel Evêque Rouge.
Domaine Pierre Richard
Was it the wildness of this estate, or its twisted vines resisting capricious winds, that seduced Pierre Richard? The wines produced here were a reflection of their rocky, arid yet lively and generous environment. After many years of hard work and passion, he was able to soften and control the temperament of his wines, giving them the rigour and elegance of which Château Bel Evêque is the perfect illustration.
