Harvest 2022-2023. Harvesting by hand. Cold extraction. These two olive oils come from centenary olive trees grown organically free of pesticides and herbicides in a mountain olive grove. Box contains: - 2 x Avión Roquero Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500 ml. glass bottle). Avión Roquero is an organic extra virgin olive oil with an intense green colour and an aroma of fresh grass and mountains. Initially it is mild, with a balanced bitterness and spiciness thanks to its high levels of polyphenols and antioxidants, and finishes with an intense sensation of fresh fruit. This oil has not undergone any filtering process. With good structure and persistence, it is a flavour enhancer.
