Our return policy is simple. If you don’t like something you ordered online or in store, drop us an email with your order number at email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase. You can return the item in person or ship back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you must be in possession of a valid receipt (in store) or order number (online). It must also be in the original packaging. Beauty, cosmetics, underwear and swimwear are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
