Het verhaal achter onze trots, de eerste pindakaaswinkel van Nederland! Het idee voor een pindakaaswinkel begon aan de keukentafel, waar Michiel de eerste smaken begon te combineren. Al van jongs af aan is deze Bioboer groot pindakaasfan. Toch miste hij variatie in het bestaande aanbod. Na een aantal succesvolle testen besloot de Pindabaas er serieus werk van te maken. Het idee van De Pindakaaswinkel was geboren. En daar zijn wij nog steeds trots op! Handgemaakt in Amsterdam Aan de Czaar Peterstraat is een pand in gebruik genomen waar met stickers de naam ‘De Pindakaaswinkel’ op het raam is geplakt. Toen de winkel eenmaal in 2016 haar deuren opende, waren de reacties overweldigend! Enthousiaste Pindabazen keken hun ogen uit in een winkel vol met pindakaas. Deze Nederlandse saamhorigheid maakte duidelijk dat wij het juiste pad waren ingeslagen. Wij staan voor de gezondheid van mens en natuur. Simon & Nicola started their small artisan food business, Simon’s Table, in picturesque South Norfolk in 2018 so they could have more control over their destiny. It all started with Simon’s rich, dark & tangy marmalade that he has been making since 1985, loved by friends & family. He then experimented with a London Dry Gin infusing it with Simon’s Marmalade to create a Marmalade Gin Liqueur. Although marketed under Simon’s Shortbread brand, all the credit for its buttery flavour and melt in the mouth consistency goes to Nicola. "Bee an explorer" Almost every idea or project starts with a problem. For us, it started when we moved to the Woodlands, Texas in 2012. Our daughter who was almost 2 years old at the time, started having allergies. She would get fevers for no apparent reason. We had heard that a natural remedy to fight allergies was to eat honey which strengthens the immune system. On a trip to Yucatan, Mexico we discovered the most delicious wildflower, raw, natural Mayan honey, so we started feeding her a tablespoon every morning and another tablespoon at night. Within a few weeks we noticed she was no longer falling ill. We fell in love with this honey and decided to find out more about the production and marketing of this varietal, so we flew back down to Yucatan and met with the beekeepers who still use traditional techniques from the Mayan culture. So, we decided to take some action, bring this fantastic product home and share its amazing flavor and many benefits with you and your family

Le Domaine de Malescot is a family beekeeping farm. Our entire product range is developed around our bees and all our products are packaged on our farm. Our 300-hectare farm is entirely dedicated to our beekeeping activity - unique in Europe. We sow more than 150 hectares of flowers per year for our bees, which are all sedentary. This is why our Chef chocolatier and nutritional consultant, Vincent Bulteel, has developed various chocolate products within Inca'cao which are accessible to the general public. They are suitable for people with chronic conditions (eg, diabetes), as they are for people with a keto lifestyle, diets low in carbohydrates; or simply for those who would like to live with less sugar. Vincent noticed that there are already products for the above targets but none offer a high quality range, let alone the modern food technology applied as we do in Inca'cao. We are therefore synonymous with quality and innovation through responsible and functional food.
Our journey with Savanah Sauce Company began in August 2014 during a trip to Jekyll Island, Georgia. We met a couple selling their sauces. We purchased some sauce and a distributorship. It took another seven months to get retail sales, but we were eventually offered shelf space in a few local stores and Whole Foods market. After some issues with the current manufacturer, we developed our signature hot sauces. Soon after, we expanded our product line to include barbecue sauces, ketchups, mustards, relishes, and salsas. We believe and practice responsible capitalism. That is to say-- no matter how much revenue you generate, you must give back. Giving back to veterans was and still is a top priority for us as a company. As such, Mike Roberson wrote our first cookbook and gave the profits from that cookbook to our local homeless authority to help build a tiny home community for homeless veterans.
