How quickly will my product bundles arrive?

When you click into any product bundle, you’ll see how quickly the brand is able to prepare and ship your order after accepting it. Many brands are able to ship in 3-7 days; ideal when you need a quick stock top up! From there, it’s just a matter of delivery time. If the brand is located in the same country as you, this should only be a couple of days. For brands based abroad, allow a bit longer. If you’re short on time, you can use the filters at the top of this page to show brands based only in your country, and with the shortest lead times (i.e. how quickly they’re able to prepare your order).

Can I return product bundles?

Yes, but each returned bundle needs to be complete. So let’s say you buy 20 bundles, and each bundle consists of two candles and a box of matches. You can return any number of the 20 bundles to us within 60 days for a refund (provided it’s your first time buying from that brand), but each returned bundle should contain two candles and a box of matches, and the products should be unopened.
