Pack of 21 Seedball Tubes. Each tube contains 20 Seedballs which will cover 1 square metre in a garden bed or 3-5 medium sized pots (leave at least 10cm between each ball). Best scattered in Spring or Autumn. Each pack of 21 supplied in a shelf-ready display box. These make for lovely gardening gifts, bee gifts or eco friendly stocking fillers, and will work well in window boxes, balcony pots, garden beds and wildlife gardens. These items are not barcoded. We make the seed balls ourselves from our HQ in North London - from a mixture of UK native wildflower seeds, clay, peat-free compost and chilli powder. The clay protects the seeds from wildlife, and once water has permeated the clay, the seeds inside will germinate, helped along by nutrients and minerals contained within the ball. The chilli powder deters slugs and snails while the seed ball degrades and and the seeds sprout. All wildflowers are listed by the RHS as 'Plants for Pollinators'.
