It arrives to you flat to save on shipping and a small screwdriver and it's nuts and bolts are in the package. I include 20 tea steeping information cards to share with your customers and if you don't want to keep replenishing them you can attach two to the bottom edge for your customers to take a picture of. We can assemble it here for you for an extra charge but please keep in mind that shipping charges will reflect the increased dimensions also.
