The special feature of this feeding station is that it is "jacked up". It is raised approx. 10 cm from the ground. This makes it easier for dogs to eat without straining. Why a raised bowl? Think of disabled dogs, dogs with walking difficulties, dogs with acute joint problems or animals with hip or spinal injuries. A raised dog bowl makes it much easier for these dogs to eat. This also applies if your pet has to wear a neck brace after an operation. It can also reduce digestive problems in dogs that are prone to gulping. The two porcelain bowls for dry and wet food (0.9 liters each, Ø 17.5 cm) are fixed to a base made of solid olive wood. The dog cannot remove the bowls from the base when eating.
