No artificial flavorings. Ratio : 2 drops = zest of 1 lemon Ingredients: Lemon oil (60%) and emulsifier - polysorbate 80. Why not try: Lemon & Parmesan Pasta Dressing: Per person, use 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ a finely diced, ½ clove minced garlic, 1 dessertspoon chopped fresh parsley or coriander leaves, 2 drops Lemon Spice Drops, 1 dessertspoon freshly-grated parmesan, and sea salt and black pepper to taste. Heat a little of the oil, and sweat the onions and garlic in a frying pan set over low heat until transparent. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, add cooked pasta, toss, and serve.
