PRODUCT DETAILS: Kashish block print is prepared by using natural dyes. Natural dyeing using mineral-based dyestuffs produces with no environmental pollution. This type of hand block print takes time and is an extremely complex process. Using wooden blocks, motifs are carefully printed with a resist of mud paste onto the fabric. Sawdust is sprinkled on the fabric to prevent smudging, then dried under the sun and dyed with natural dyes that are procured from organic vegetables and plants.
