Ingredients: Curry Powder, Herbs, Spices, Citric Acid, Thyme, Garlic, and Scotch Bonnet Pepper & Pimento Instructions: Empty entire package of seasoning unto 2 pounds chopped goat meat (Goat chopped into small pieces from your local butcher) add 3 TBSP of olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic and mix well. Put in pan on high heat turning constantly for 5 minutes. Add 5 cups water simmer on medium heat until meat is tender and sauce thickens. Serve with rice or vegetables. Serves 3-4 people
