Can I choose when these shelves/racks/drawers arrive?

When you place an order, our sellers will prep it for shipping as soon as possible unless otherwise requested. To estimate when it will arrive, check the ‘Estimated shipment date’ on the product page, which is our best estimate of how quickly the seller will be able to prepare your order. From there, allow a few more days for domestic shipping, and a little longer for international orders.

If you’d like to request a future shipment date, this is possible at the check out. Many independent retailers find this a convenient solution when they’re ordering bulky items, or don’t have a huge amount of storage space.

Can I return these items?

Yes, you have 60 days after ordering to return any of these items, provided you haven’t previously placed an order with the brand. Any returned items must be unopened.
