Vegan Chilli Sauce with Coconut & Mushrooms with Mushroom Bites. Shito is a Ghanaian black pepper sauce traditionally made with chilies, smoked dried fish and shrimps. For a Vegan Shito (no fish and shrimps), it is made with just chillies and an onion/ ginger base. Aftrad Village Kitchen’s has sort to create a new Vegan Flavour which excites the taste buds of both Vegans and Non Vegans. Our Coconut and Mushrooms with mushroom bites for added texture is delicious and surprisingly excites all palettes. Aftrad Village Kitchen’s Vegan Shito contains natural ingredients like fresh ginger, fresh onions, fresh garlic, desiccated coconut, dried mushrooms, rapeseed oil, tomato paste, powdered chillies and natural herbs and spices. Our Vegan Shito is homemade in small batches to ensure that quality is maintained. We put our love and care in making our Shito just like we would make it at home to eat. Our Shito contains no artificial preservatives; preservation is done through traditional method of cooking and bottling process.
