We created this collection of hand-made candles based on the 22 cards of the Major Arcana of the Tarot deck (Latin arcānus – mystery). These 22 cards can be interpreted as a person’s spiritual path from birth to perfection.
This candle is marked with number 3 of the Major Arcana – The Empress. This archetype comprises the four main roles of a woman: Mother, Wife, Lover, and Handmaid. The Empress symbolizes authority, fertility, motherhood, sexuality, beauty, plenty, and wealth, however, at the same time The Empress encompasses excessive control, demonstration of power, overly eager desire to take care of the surroundings, as well as waning or dwindled feminine energy.
Included with this candle you will find one of the 22 Major Arcana cards, which, together with The Empress, may suggest how and at what level the archetype of The Empress manifests itself in your life. Suggested affirmations and the magical aroma of neroli, roses, ambergris, grapefruits and vanilla will help to harmonize the feminine energy and restore the necessary balance.
The magic fragrance:
The magical aroma of this candle and its recipe were created with the purpose of waking up and balancing the energies of a woman – the Empress who governs all spheres of life. The main notes supplement each other with aromatherapic properties and create a high-end fragrance pyramid where each scent has its place in harmony with other aromas.
Orange blossoms (neroli): orange blossom aroma possesses soothing and antiseptic qualities, acts as an aphrodisiac. In Italy orange blossoms were traditionally used for making bridal crowns.
This fragrance soothes, helps to reduce anger and other negative emotions. According to numerous scientific research, vanilla’s fragrance increases sexual attraction.
Grapefruit: it helps to open the heart, frees from sadness, nervousness and anxiety. The energy of grapefruit’s fragrance boosts optimism, natural charm and self-confidence, restores aura after serious illness or emotional stress.
Rose: this aroma is particularly recommended for women who lack confidence in their charm and sexual maturity. Rose aroma is also considered a good remedy against frigidity in both women and men.
Ambergris: it is one of the most-highly prized ingredients of perfume. The smell of ambergris is characterized by unique invigorating evening musk aroma with oriental notes. Ambergris has been long considered a symbol of luxury and power.
The luxury hand made candle is made exclusively from natural soy wax that:
Does not emit toxic chemical compounds when burning;
Burns twice as long as ordinary candles;
Does not leave any stains, the spills are easy to clean;
Does not get hot, as it burns in lower temperature than paraffin, therefore the aroma of the luxury hand made candle emanates slowly;
Because of the low burning temperature the aroma of the candle remains unchanged;
Certified by OU Kosher agency as kosher.
We never use any other natural waxes (e.g. palm wax), because we want to create a truly nature-friendly product that would help to preserve natural resources and would not harm the user in any way.
This candle has a cotton wick and is molded into a handmade porcelain container. Each container is unique, no two are the same. The cotton wick – the heart of the candle – ensures the consistent burning of the candle so that no unmelted wax remains on the walls of the container.
During the making of the candle, soy wax is melted in very low temperature, and then, as the wax starts cooling down, the mixture of aromatic oils is added, thus keeping the unique aroma unchanged. The luxury hand made candle is made in two stages: when the first layer of wax cools down completely, comes the second layer. This allows to avoid air bubbles in the candle, its surface becomes ideally smooth, and the candle’s burning duration becomes even longer.
