A method of preparing:
To obtain a strong, expressive infusion, it is recommended to pour 1 teaspoon of Assam Tea into a 200 ml cup. Then pour the leaves with hot, but not boiling water - preferably at a temperature of 95-96oC. Brew the infusion covered for about 3 minutes, then strain and enjoy a cup of excellent tea!
