Use of messaging tool and best practice:

• View past communications and respond quickly and easily to queries
• Send files such as plain text (.txt), PDF, images (.jpg, .gif and .png), and Word documents in .doc and .docx format. The entire message cannot exceed 10 MB (including attachments)
• Do not solicit or share personal or payment details (emails, website). These messages will be blocked by the server and undelivered
• We maintain a copy of all correspondence which can be used to support any future business claims related to your order or service
• We reserve the right to delete or remove any messages or attachment containing inappropriate content
