A sauce with a difference!!! Huge warming ginger tones, a kick from red chillies and organic apple cider vinegar tang. Totally unique and cannot go back to supermarket style sweet chilli sauce. It gives a hint of the depth of chilli flavour to come! A nice bright colour. Great to see the chilli seeds and the sauce looks nice and thick. Feels good in the mouth; hot and spicy. The almighty Naga teamed up with zingy roasted Sichuan peppercorn, soy sauce and garlic to give you a kick of the orient and the taste of umami. This stuff rocks!! Our spring time rosemary got out of hand but sun dried and toasted with Dorset Naga and James Bond lemon twist created this awesome oil.  Wobble that bottle over anything for a lovely warm toasted hazelnut kind of flavour! Using local extra virigin cold pressed rapeseed oil.  ─  Amazing health benefits:  Reducing heart disease and stroke.  Contains the lowest saturated fat content of any oil.  A good source of Omega 3,6,9.  Contains Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant.  High in monounsaturated fats (the good fats!)  Safe to cook at high temperatures with a burning point of 230c, much higher than Olive Oil.  ─  Ingredients:  Rapeseed oil, Dried Chilli 2%, Rosemary 1%, Lemon  Store in a cool, dry place. Loaded with chillies to included Lemon Aji, Dorset Naga, Thai Dragon, Red &amp; Golden Cayenne, Red Pot Black, Fresno, Apache, Kashmiri, Pink Tiger, Jigsaw and loads more. Can be used as you would use salt "with a twist". Amazing kick use on meat when charred on the BBQ. Use on bloody mary, sprinkle on butter new potato or dip your radishes or cucumber into this tasty salt.  Himalayan salt is possibly the purest salt in the world, it's loaded with minerals iron, magnesium and potassium which are good for health. Can’t put my finger on any particular chillies but to included a mix of NuMex Twilight, Dorset Naga, Scoprions, Carolina Reapers, Pink Tiger, Chocolate Habanero, Chocolate Naga, Thai Green Curry, Poblano, Jalapeno, Habanero, Cayenne, Fresno and many many more. Slow but sure heat and they tingle on your bottom lip.
