Directions for use:
Add a palmful of ingredients to a suitable bowl and cover with boiling water. Let it sit for a couple of minutes to steep and cool slightly before standing or squatting over the bowl with a towel over lower half, creating a tent to maximise the benefits of the steam infusion. Your homemade steam session should last between 20 - 60 mins depending on how long you desire and the strength of the steam.

Directions for use:
Add a palmful of ingredients to a bowl and cover with a cup of boiling water. Let it sit for a few minutes to steep and cool slightly before placing your face over the bowl with a towel over your head, creating a tent to maximise the benefits of the steam infusion. After the infusion is completely cool you can drain the water and place the ingredients directly on your skin for a few more minutes to get an additional healthy skin boost before wiping off and rinsing. Avoid getting the ingredients in your eyes.
