RECIPE: Tom Yum Gai Nam Khon – Thai Tom Yum Coconut Soup with Chicken  (serves 2)  Just add:  100ml coconut milk 200ml water 8 button mushrooms, quartered 6 cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 150g chicken breast, sliced hand of fresh coriander  How To Cook:  Add water to a pan &amp; bring to the boil &amp; add one 65g sachet of Tom Yum paste Add vegetables &amp; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
