A solo-operated and independently owned seasonal speciality coffee roaster based at Islington Mill Arts Club. Proudly roasting on electric since 2019. I work directly with producers or through reputable importers who have a personal link between the producer and the community they work within. Everything is done with the idea of building sustainable business practices across the entire supply chain. With fair and transparent pricing based on a quality incentives model - building long-term relationships between producers and myself. Simply, Swan Song is a reflection of my taste in coffee, my interests and my beliefs. The approach is to roast great coffee consistently in the most environmentally friendly way I can and accentuate the intrinsic quality and flavour profile of each lot.
