Pourquoi Princesse

Pourquoi Princesse was born out of two parents’ love and desire to raise independent, confident girls who know they can accomplish anything. Because we’re also entrepreneurs, our frustration with the limited offerings in kids’ clothing, toys and other products pushed us into action. Our daughters wanted a mix of products from the girls’ and boys’ aisles, and we wanted them to be inspired by products that focused on more than just princesses, beauty, and caretaking. To boost girls’ self-confidence and tear down any limits they may feel, we set out to build universe of positivity and possibility. We decided to intervene with this message as early as possible, challenging what it meant to be a princess with daring female role models.
