Sustainable Design bags, handmade in brazilian favelas.

NAONA was born from a meeting in a favela in Rio between two young Brazilian enthusiasts. Having at heart to help the women of the favelas of Rio, Noemi and Pierrick decide to create a social project around crafts. To go even further in the sustainable approach and be in accordance with their convictions, they decide to draw inspiration from an upcycling technique. This braiding technique, carried out entirely by hand, enables the recycling of paper scraps from printing companies into exceptional bags and accessories. The brand launched sales in France in December 2017.
