We have always been passionate about bees and have been professional beekeepers for over fifteen years. We are located in an old castle near Saintes and Royan. We work to the rhythm of the bees without seeking intensive production. Our philosophy is to respect the bees, their environment and to harvest a quality honey. We are producers, harvesters and packers. We master all the stages of the production of a quality honey. From the hive directly to the jar, without any transformation.
