La Miseto

Karin Mastenbroek lives and works in Uden in her design studio La Miséto. Graduated in 2005 from the Academy of Arts, since then working as a designer and maker in every thinkable aspect. Since 2018, she has been working on her designs using a laser machine, which resulted in a collection of colourful mirrors in 2021. These reflective objects consist of many separate shapes that together form a complex puzzle which is put together by hand. The subject of this 'Mirror Shapes' collection are colourful, graphic shapes that touch on pop art. Designs that evoke memories of youth, of carefree times that make you smile.
