Growing up, I regularly used a flat iron – and the result was a load of split ends and rapidly thinning hair that wouldn’t grow beyond shoulder length. Desperate times called for desperate measures, so I stopped flat ironing my hair, put a stop to dyeing it and trialled what felt like every conventional hair growth supplement on the planet — but, still, my hair hung limp and lifeless. I was a woman on the edge about my edges; that’s when I came across the transformative properties of multivitamins. Research proves that with the right balance of vitamins and minerals, longer hair can be achieved with an incredible growing rate of one inch per month. Friends, family and colleagues quickly noticed the difference and I had to share my discovery to help others on their journey — and that’s when Hairworthy was born.
