Ces conserves sont préparées à partir de fruits frais, mûrs et sains, pelés, parés et nettoyés. Les poires sont entières avec leur queue et évidées à l'intérieur. Les fruits ainsi préparés sont logés en récipients hermétiques avec un sirop de vin : mélange de vin AOC Côtes du Ventoux, de sucre de première qualité et de cannelle. Allergènes : sulfites. 4 à 5 poires dans le bocal.

Description 
These preserves are prepared from Provence tomatoes washed and trimmed, peeled and canned with the addition of juice. Tomatoes of long varieties are used for these preparations, suitable for this production and exhibiting suitable characteristics of resistance and firmness.

Préparation fabriquée à partir de tomates, poivrons verts et rouges, et oignons, tous d’origine provençale ou méditerranéenne. Ces légumes sélectionnés, sont lavés et parés avant d’être mis en morceaux. Les tomates sont préalablement épépinées ; les poivrons éboutés et épépinés. L’oignon et les aromates sont roussis dans l’huile d’olive. L’ensemble est ensuite cuit à l’étouffée.

oignons, huile de tournesol, huile d’olive (1% de la
masse totale du produit), amidon de maïs modifié,
sel, sucre, épices, acidifiant : acide citrique.
