Buddha & Bubbles Soap Co.

Buddha and Bubbles came about in 2020 when we first went into lockdown. I was a beauty and holistic therapist and suddenly not being able to work and falling through the gap of receiving any financial support I decided I needed a distraction. I had looked at making cold process soap in the past, but was always put off by using lye but decided to give it a go and then I was addicted. I spent many months formulating different blends, sending my soap out to friends and family and then tweaking again until I found the perfect blends. Having been an eczema sufferer all my life I was all too aware of the "nasties" that are in most eczema products, such as Liquid Paraffin, White Paraffin, Lanolin etc. I was determined to make good soap with good quality oils and butters and decided that none of the oils that I used would be refined meaning they are stripped of smell, colour etc as they have to go through chemical processes for this to happen. and the rest is history......
