A multicultural blend of single origins that have been carefully picked to be versatile for espresso based beverages that are prominent through milk.

This organic natural was cultivated at 1950
masl in the sironko mountainous region.
Expect notes of Banana candy, plum, florals,
rum &amp; raisin with a creamy mouthfeel.

Cherries are selectively harvested by hand utilising Brix measurements to ensure optimal sugar content. The cherries are then floated to further select only the densest, highest quality for processing. After de-pulping the coffee undergoes a controlled wet-fermentation for an extended period of 72hrs, followed by thorough washing. The parchment coffee is then sun dried on a cemented patio for 5-7 days, or until the optimum moisture content has been reached.

This natural processed lot is from Muhura washing station, operated by Gasange Co-operative in the Akagera region of eastern Rwanda. Gasange work with 1,315 registered small holder farmers in the area.
