Scotch Bonnet a.k.a. the pepper of Caribbean, named after Tom o’ Shanter’s hat. This hot sauce is tropical, sweet and fruity intense flavours, a real versatile chilli that work well in all styles of cooking or as a marinade especially around BBQ time. ─ Ingredients: Chillies 50%, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Spring Water, Onion, Garlic, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum. Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 6 weeks. Shake well before use. As we do not add preservatives, natural colour may change over time.
