The rind of the cheese is natural, soft ocher in color with spots on the rind. Its appearance when cut is marbled and clean. Its texture is compact, easy to eat. Its flavor is intense with harmony of sheep and truffle.
It is ideal for pairing with wines. Fully compatible as an appetizer, as a first course on a cheese board, and even as a dessert. Perfectly affordable with nuts (natural without salt) and combinable with red fruits (natural without additives).
